Our Story

StepAurah didn’t begin in a boardroom. It began in a living room, where conversations stretched late into the night and ideas felt bigger than life.

Two siblings, Tanveer and Shumaila Rasheed, different in personality but instinctively aligned, kept returning to the same frustration: why do leather shoes always ask you to choose? Either they look good, or they feel good rarely both. Tanveer cared deeply about craftsmanship, the character of real leather, the way it ages. Shumaila cared about comfort, how a shoe feels after a full day not just the first impression, but the lasting one.

Somewhere between those two perspectives, StepAurah was born.

They started small, testing materials, wearing their own samples, refining every detail until it felt right. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just a quiet commitment to getting it right.

Because to them, it was never just about shoes.
It was about presence the kind people remember, even without knowing why.
